1. Acceptance of Terms

Super Brainz ("website", "platform", ya "hum") par account create karke, courses purchase karke, ya hamari koi bhi service use karke, aap yeh agree karte hain ki aap hamari Terms of Service aur saari applicable laws se bound hain. Agar aap in terms se agree nahi karte, toh aap is platform ko use nahi kar sakte.

2. Account Registration & Security

Platform ka access paane ke liye aapko register karna hoga. Aapki zimmedariyan niche likhi hain:

• Aapko registration ke waqt bilkul sahi aur up-to-date information deni hogi.
• Aap apna login credential (username/password) kisi bhi dusre person ke saath share nahi kar sakte.
• Ek account sirf ek individual student ke use ke liye hai. Kisi bhi sandigdh (suspicious) activity par account block kiya ja sakta hai.

3. Intellectual Property & Piracy Protection

Super Brainz par available saara content (videos, source code, graphics, text) hamari intellectual property hai:

• Anti-Piracy Rule: Hamare video content ko download karna (unauthorized software se), screen-record karna, ya kisi dusre platform par share/sell karna sakht mana hai.
• Phygital Integrity: Hamare Smart QR Cards ka digital algorithm highly secure hai. Kisi bhi card ke sath tampering ya unauthorized hardware bypass karne par bina kisi refund ke legal action liya jayega.

4. Affiliate Program Rules

Hamare Affiliate Network mein jude hue TM (Team Members) aur TL (Team Leaders) ko ethical marketing guidelines follow karni hongi. Kisi bhi tarah ka spamming, fake promises, ya manipulative sales pitches pakde jaane par affiliate access, referral links, aur bacha hua pending commission immediate level par terminate kar diya jayega.

5. Payments, Billing & Order Processing

Saari course purchases secure gateways ke through process hoti hain. Phygital course purchase karne par shipping details ke hisaab se order automatically packed aur shipped status mein dal diya jata hai. Subscription duration (jaise 365 days) khatam hone par access expire ho jayega jise renew kiya ja sakta hai.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hum hamesha up-to-date aur quality content dene ki koshish karte hain, lekin hum kisi bhi tarah ki direct career or income guarantee nahi dete. Success poori tarah aapke effort aur implementation par depend karti hai.
